Praxis is where our client work lives: the intake a client fills in, the pipeline it moves through, the documents we produce, and the follow-through after signature.
It is a private tool for our team. There is no public sign-up. If you are a client, the person working with you will send you the link you need.

Each engagement moves through named stages with one next step at a time, so nothing waits on a memory.
Deliverables
Audits, plans, decks and agreements are drafted, reviewed and filed from the same record the client created.
Disclosure
Praxis is operated by Griffin Jacobs Consulting, Grand Junction, Colorado. Access is by invitation only; each person signs in with an individual account, and every change is recorded against the account that made it.
Information a client shares through the intake form is used to deliver the engagement that client asked for, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the engagement.
Team members may connect their own Google Workspace account so that the email Praxis sends on their behalf comes from their own address. Praxis asks only for permission to send, never to read, and a team member can disconnect at any time from Settings.
